LBC Express’s Cash on Pick-Up (COP) service allows you to securely ship products like inks, masters, machine parts, and printed materials, with buyers paying and picking up at any of LBC’s 1,600+ branches nationwide. Ideal for our customers who prefer branch pick-up, COP offers affordability, security, and convenience for QZHop’s nationwide deliveries.

- Drop Off or Schedule Pick-Up: Drop off at any LBC branch or book same-day pick-up (before 3 PM) via LBC Online. Provide sender/buyer details and declared value.
- Buyer Notification: LBC sends SMS to buyers when packages are ready for pick-up (within 3 days to avoid warehouse fees).
- Payment and Pick-Up: Buyers pay and collect at the branch. You receive funds via Branch Collect, bank deposit, or Instant Peso Padala.
Tracking: Use LBC’s tracking portal with your tracking number.

- Domestic Only: Not suitable for future international expansion.
