2. Delivery or Branch Pick-Up: For standard delivery, packages are delivered door-to-door (1–8 days). For COD, buyers pay upon delivery. For pick-up, buyers collect at branches (no formal COP service).
3. Payment: COD payments are remitted via bank deposit or VIP dashboard. Standard delivery requires prepaid shipping.

Tracking: Use J&T’s Track & Trace with up to 10 tracking numbers.
