At Ink Master Plus, we strive to deliver your printing consumables and parts quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping options, delivery conditions, and fees. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping for your orders.
1. Free Delivery Eligibility
Metro Manila (Bulk Orders): Free delivery is available for bulk orders within Metro Manila. A bulk order is defined as an order containing 10 or more items (consumables or parts combined).
Outside Metro Manila (Bulk Orders): For bulk orders (10 or more items) shipped outside Metro Manila, we offer free delivery up to a courier handler, such as Drop and Go (e.g., Victory Liner), other bus stations, J&T Express, or LBC. You will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the final leg of delivery from the courier handler to your address.
2. Shipping Fees
Within Metro Manila: For non-bulk orders (fewer than 10 items), a standard shipping fee will apply. The fee will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and dimensions.
Outside Metro Manila (Non-Bulk Orders): For non-bulk orders (fewer than 10 items) shipped outside Metro Manila, a standard shipping fee will apply, covering the entire delivery to your address. The fee will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.
Outside Metro Manila (Bulk Orders): While we cover the cost of shipping bulk orders to the courier handler (e.g., Drop and Go, J&T Express, LBC), you are responsible for any additional fees charged by the courier for the final delivery to your address.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the Philippines.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Shipping Methods: We partner with trusted courier services (e.g., LBC, J&T Express, Drop and Go via Victory Liner or other bus stations) to deliver your orders. The specific courier will be selected based on your location and order details.
Delivery Times:
- Metro Manila: 1-3 business days for both bulk and non-bulk orders.
- Outside Metro Manila (Direct Delivery): 3-7 business days for non-bulk orders, depending on the destination.
- Outside Metro Manila (Bulk Orders via Courier Handler): 1-3 business days to deliver to the courier handler (e.g., Drop and Go, J&T Express). The final delivery time from the courier handler to your address depends on the courier’s schedule and your arrangements.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or delays in the final leg of delivery for bulk orders outside Metro Manila.
4. Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping details once your order has shipped.
Business Days: Processing and delivery times are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays in the Philippines.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we’ll provide tracking information via email. For bulk orders outside Metro Manila, this tracking will cover the shipment to the courier handler (e.g., Drop and Go, J&T Express, LBC). You can use this information to track your order up to the courier handler and coordinate with them for the final delivery. If you don’t receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@qzhop.com.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Consumables: Due to the nature of printing consumables (e.g., ink, toner), we take extra care to ensure proper packaging. However, we cannot ship to certain remote areas if the courier service deems it unsafe for the product.
Parts: Printing parts will be shipped securely to prevent damage during transit. If an item is damaged during shipping, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on defective items.
